If you activate an ECC extension, it activates several BC sets, background job and normally, sap dont recommend to deactivate and activate another ECC extension unless its on a test environment.
"In principle, you cannot undo the activation of an activation switch since data is - depending on the component and the actions performed in the system after the activation - updated in a different way than it would have been had the relevant component not been activated. However, you can deactivate the switch without problems in a test system without production data. Bear in mind that the additional branches displayed in the structures mentioned above are not hidden again when you deactivate a switch."
