Hi,

from few days I see this error on my on-line backup in this configurazione:

CRM 5.0 Abap-Only

Oracle 10.2.0.2

Windows 2003 X86 (/3GB /PAE)

BRTOOLS 7.00 (40)

It worked for 1 year with out problem but from few day in on-line backup I see this error and 70% more or less:

Hii,

Are u running Check DB in your system,if not please go ahead with that ASAP.

There might be some Database issues.

Also is it possible for u to go for offline backup,I would suggest you for the offline backup of the whole system once

Hi,

off-line backup works fine, checkdb works fine... non errors or warning.

Wigh gzip.exe as compress command backup on-line ends without errors.

Have you got any idea ?

can you elaborate how are you taking backups... on tape or disk....

SAP suggested to use the mkszip.exe and uncompress.zip with BRTools.

I'm trying (as test) to use gzip.exe and not mkszip.exe by SAP.

gzip.exe seem to be faster then mkszip.exe
