How the house keeping can be done of these files?

Thanks & Regards

Hi Girish,

I believe these are workflow log files. I don't suggest you to delete them directly from the OS level, as some workflow logs are still required by your team should there be any error happened in the workflow.

The recommended way to delete these files in production is through SARA transaction object WORKITEM. You will have to create your archive file first, and then delete the work item together with the workflow log.

For development and QA systems, you can try to use report RSWWWIDE which will delete the work item together with the workflow log, or just the workflow log using report WSWWHIDE.

HI ,

The files are work flow files and The file may be deleted manually without any side effects see note 117718. You could write a script and execute it on the OS level or run it in the cron every week .
