follow on document created for a rejeted shopping cart

Hi

We are using classic scenario.

Shopping cart created has been rejected by 4th level approver. still a PO got created in backend system. How is it possible? Appreciate your kind help on this.

in standard it is not possible. You have to check your workflow in swi6.

Hi,

It seems the SC got approved even after setting a rejection. Check the BBP_WFL_SECURITY authorisation for the 4th level approver. Did he made any changes or did partial rejection for the shopping cart.
