0 picking delivery

Can we process Delivery (Goods issue) with Picking qty as 0?

Dear Yogi,

The Picking depends on the Delivery Item category. If the item category is not picking relevant (picking field in grayed out in this case), you can do the PGI without picking.

To check which item category is picking relevant go to

T. Code: 0VLP - Define item category for Deliveries, or

SPRO -->IMG --> Logistics Execution --> Shipping --> Deliveries --> Define Item Categories for Deliveries

Here uncheck Field: 'Relevent for picking'

Background:

It's Consignment Pick Up scenario (returnable packaging), where the delivery Item category is not relevant for pick up quantity that is 0 and grayed out and we still carry out PGI, since stocks get issue from the Special customer consignment stock.

It is a unique Scenerio in SAP SD.

Hi

It all depends only the single property of picking relevance of the delivery item category

If the delivery item category picking for relevance is marked in OVLP and ZERO VLP (note both are different t codes) then with 0 qty PGI is not possible

Note In t code Zero VLP also oicking relevance and reaction for 0 picking can be set

So in both these t codes that is (OVLP) and (ZERO VLP) it has to be checked

If not marked then it is possible to do PGI with zero delivery

There are some item categories which we make as deliverable and not pickable for this delivery can be processed with 0 picked qty

If you make the Picking field as non editable, then you can process the delivery without picking. To achieve this, in OVLP for your item category, you have to untick the box.

hi,

In OVLP , select your item category , in quantity TAB , if you keep 'Check quantity 0' is blank , then it will allow with zero delivery.
