Hi

so in delivery i am doing the packing as soon as i enter the packaging material in delivery upper scrren i am getting this error

ILN basis no. for plant 1111, stor.locat. 4105 or whse number not found

Message no. LE_SHP_BF_EAN128022

Diagnosis

The system could not find any parameters to generate an SSCC.

System Response

The system searched for these parameters in the organizational units in

the following sequence:

1. Plant '1.' and storage location '2.'

2. Warhouse number '3.'

3. Plant '1.' (only if storage location is not empty)

4. Globally at client level (if plant and storage location are not

Procedure

In Customizing, you can define the generation parameters at

plant/storage location or warehouse number level. The system searched

for them in the sequence specified above. You must have maintained at

least one entry at client level (with empty plant and storage location).

You can also maintain different parameters for selected organizational

units.

Maintain the settings in Customizing if you are authorized to do so.

Inform your system administrator if you cannot maintain the settings

yourself.

regards

Dear Rithvika,

The system could not find any parameters to generate an SSCC

.

You maintain the number range objects and their associated internal and external intervals for the generation of SSCCs.

You need at least one object and one internal interval to create sequential SSCCs for your entire organization (client). If you want to have numbering start again from one for individual organizational units (plant, storage locations or warehouse numbers), you must create new objects. In such cases, you would also need new ILN base numbers.

Standard settings

Number range object "LE_SSCC" is provided with interval "01" and a 9-digit number length in the standard system.

Path: SPRO -> IMG -> Logistics - General -> Handling Unit Management -> External Identification -> SSCC Generation Acc. to EAN128 -> Maintain SSCC Generation for Each Warehouse Number

Here you can set up:

Whse Seq.nr ILN basis nr Number range Internal External

When you can assign the external number ILN + number range to the private label products,

In WM set up under number ranges In- and external number assignment.

Also, Maintain SSCC Generation for each Plant / Storage Location

Path: SPRO -> IMG -> Logistics - General -> Handling Unit Management -> External Identification -> SSCC Generation Acc. to EAN128 -> Maintain SSCC Generation for each Plant / Storage Location

You can set all parameters for generating Numbers of Shipping Units/Serialized Shipping Container Codes (NSU/SSCCs), except for those on the storage location level.

Best Regards,

Amit

Dear Rithvika

- Check in OML2 whether you have assigned the warehouse number to plant and storage location

- In OVL3, check whether you have assigned the storage location for the combination of shipping poin and plant

- In MMSC, check for the combination of plant and material, the storage location is maintained

thanks

Dear Rethvika,

Check these settings for your delivering plant

1.Storage location determination settings.

SPRO>IMG>Logistics Execution>Shipping>Picking-->Determine Picking Location

2.Ware house number assignment to the plant /storage location

SPRO>IMG>Enterprise structure>Assignment>Logistics Execution-->Assign warehouse number to plant/storage location.

3.Check Plant parameters maintanence through this IMG path

SPRO>IMG>Material management-->Inventory Management and Physical Inventory -->Plant Parameters.

I hope this will help you,

Regards,

Murali.
