Authentication did not Succeed.

Hello All,

When we tried to login to RUNTIME WORKBENCH in XI it is asking username & password

I have given the USER ID and PASSWORD to login to RUNTIME WORKBENCH

it is saying Authentication didnot succesd.

Not my USERID only,This is to Number of users who are working on XI

Please give me the Solution ASAP.

Do you have role SAP_XI_MONITOR_J2EE and SAP_XI_DISPLAY_USER_J2EE assigned to your user id?

But it is not solved my probelm.

Can you check that user XIRWBUSER is locked or not?

and user XIRWBUSER is having

1. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER

2. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN

roles or not?
