If you go to extra's in the menu in the delivery, you will find serial numbers. Select item and click there and you will be able to assign serial numbers to the items. If your material is batch managed, then first go to batch split.
Do you get the pop-up screen for serial numbers? If yes, then you should be able to go through search function and select your serial number. Is your material batch managed?
