Hi,

How to Automatically make Picked Qty equal to the Delivery Qty in outbound Delivery , where there is Lean warehouse activated.

Hi Priyanka,

As such there is no automated process, other than bespoke developments.

You need to manually copy the delivery quantity into "picked quantity" field (LIPSD-PIKMG). This is how picking is done.

You can enter a quantity which is less than or equal to delivery quantity.

But still you can achieve this if you are following lean WM (Lean WM should be configured):

a. Create delivery VL01n with ref. to SO no.

b. Enter the actual GI date

c. Go to picking you will see "0" qty against each Item.

d. GO to Menu -> Subsequent Functions-->create the Transfer Order

e. Save Delivery

f. In Transfer Order > Save-> Confirm Transfer Order (Dont change item/any qty)

g.Open Delivery Change (VL02n), go to picking Tab....

You will find all your delivery items have copied to picking with their respective quantities.

h. Post Good Issue Delivery.

HI,

If your requirement is true for all the deliveries created then keeping the deliveries relevant for picking doesnt make sense. Picking relevancy is maintained against Delivery ITEM CATEGORIES. The relevancy for picking can be removed against specific item categories through SPRO>LOGISTICS EXECUTION>SHIPPING>PICKING>DEFINE RELEVANT ITEM CATEGORIES and remove the check for picking against the specific item categories.
