I am working with Quitavo SRM UI link. When ever I click on shop link it should ask for the details for creating the shopping cart.
But, here it is displaying the same screen again with in that screen.

Hi Aravind,
As i told in previous posts the a correct entry should exist in the table TWPURLSVR so that all the transactions on the web works properly.
In the following note all the situations are explained along with the solutions.
Note 1145305 - SRM menu does not work as expected
Please go through it and check all the settings accordingly.
Thanks,
Pradeep
thaks fro ur reply pradeep.
i checked that note. In that note has a point as below:
""" The SRM initial page is displayed again in the right-hand side browser area, or a completely different Web site is displayed. This may occur only for some users.
Reason:
Use transaction ST22 to check whether an ABAP runtime error has occurred. If this is the case, you have either specified the SRM initial page or another Web site as "EXITURL". Due to the runtime error, the ITS reads and starts the "EXITURL". Eliminating the runtime error also solves this problem."""
but the issue is we are not getting any dump in st22.
is there any other way to solve the issue...
regards,
Aravind
Hi Aravind,
I think that your problem is due to incorrect publishing of BBP* services to ITS. ITS (internet transaction server) transforms ABAP code into web content. If you have already publish it, do it once again.
Use transaction sa38 -> program W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES-> execute-> on the selection screen enter package BBP*->execute-> all services from type BBP will be preselected -> click on publish button.
After that in transaction SICF you should activate them (when a service is activated a certain view will be possible on the web). Activation is done by right click and "Activate".
Hope this answer is helpful for you,
Desislava
And something else, Pradeep is right about the table TWPURLSVR. Via transaction sm30 you should maintain the server to SRM web application. Fileds:
Web Server/ Web protocol
Gui Start Server/ GUI Start Protocol
KW Web Server/ KW Protocol
Should be populated with the server ID which you my copy from the address field of the SRM web application.
Server ID is the part between HTTTP:// and /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart
Hi Aravind,
Please check the entries in table TWPURLSVR, whether they are correct.
Also see the following link:
So that the URLs for the transactions (for example, BBPSC02 (Shop) are generated correctly, you must make the following entries in the table view TWPURLSVR:
Logical system (LOGSYS)
Name of the logical system Enterprise Buyer
Web server (WEB_SERVER)
Domain of the ITS server with port information, for example, pgaec.wdf.sap-ag.de:1080
SAPGUI for HTML protocol (WEB_PROTCL)
For example, HTTP or HTTPS
Server for GUI start (WIN_SERVER)
Domain of the ITS server with port information, for example, pgaec.wdf.sap-ag.de:1080
GUI-start protocol (WIN_PROTCL)
For example, HTTP or HTTPS
Knowledge Warehouse Web server (KW_SERVER)
Domain of the ITS server with port information, for example, pgaec.wdf.sap-ag.de:1080
Knowledge Warehouse protocol (KW_PROTCL)
For example, HTTP or HTTPS
Drag & Relate server (DR_SERVER)
No entry
Drag & Relate protocol (DR_PROTCL)
No entry
Thanks,
Pradeep
