hi all
when i create the help desk issue system automaticaly prompts to the screen for login in solutiuon manager but i want that system creates the problem without ask for login.
In Table BCOS_CUST in the satellite system maintain the following:
APPLI = OSS_MSG
OSS_OR_SM = W
DESTINAT = SM_<your SolMan SID>CLNT<Sol Man client>_BACK
CLIENT = CUST620
VERSION = 1.0
This RFC had been generated in your satellite system after maintaining tx: SMSY in Solution Manager.
Using the generated BACK RFC destination is a SAP recommendation. If you still get logon screen, you should check if the user assigned to that RFC is locked or the password is incorrect.

hi ,
first make sure that the connection between solution manager and the satellite system is a trusted RFC connection ,if it is a Trusted connection and if u have the necessary RFC roles assigned it will not pop up the login when u create a message

Hi,
Try assigning role SAP_S_RFCACL to the user in satellite system.Make sure you have the support desk roles for the user to create a message.
You issue should be resolved.
