decimal place in duration

hi all

i want to enter duration in 2 decimal placess in internal activity. but system will not accepting 2 decimal place.

Plz guide me where i can make setting for 2 decimal place.

Please login to the user and then follow the path from the top

System --> User Profile ---> Own data ---> Default

Make the changes as you require.

my userprofile setting is 2 decimal place. but system will not acepting 2 decimal in work and duration field in internal activity field sowing error message " invalid format"

Hello..

This is not posible until you change the datatype characters to 2 Decimal. Default is one. Check dataelements ARBEIT and DAUNOR. There a feature where you can use a custom Built in Data type for this field. You can specify the total length and the number of decimal places.

not sure ... but check

in SPRO >SAP netweaver>general settings-->check unit of measurements...

here select ur unit of measurement and change the decimal places...
