WorkLoad Monitor Stopped

Dear friends,

SAP ERP 2006 Server Configuration

Ecc 6.0

Windows 2003 Server

Windows SQL server 2005 now server

workload collector is not collecting the data. what is problem. i think wprkload collector is stopped.

how can i start the workload collector. may be OS collector stopped i think. now i am watch in thru remote access for that server. what can i do?

On Windows i think you can check in services.msc, that the SAPOSCOL service is running or not, if it is not running the you can start the service from there.If the Os collector is not running the nu wont be able to see the data in ST06

Go to ST06 and click on Operating System Collector, you'll be able to see the status of the collector there, if its not running you can start it by clicking on "start", if its failing to start check the logs and post them here.

Start of collector i think everything show properly what can i do

If SAPOSCOL is ok, check that SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR is scheduled and running.

if need any patches updation for this issue for workload collector .

Kernel patches is 146

SAP_BASIS - SAPKB70013

SAP_ABAP - SAPKA70013

PI_ BASIS - SAPKIPYJ7D

Check that the job mentioned above is running.
