Cost Distribution button disappears in edit PO

Hi All,

We are in SRM 4.0 with extended classic scenario and we recently upgraded our system from SP09 to SP12.

After upgrade, we are having an issue with cost Distribution button in two cases:

Case# 1:

While we changing a PO item created from a shopping cart, Cost distribution button is not there in the account assignment tab.

Case # 2:

While adding a new item in an ordered PO, intially Cost Distribution button is there. If we click on the buttons "Insert to Clipboard" or "Check" button then the Cost Distribution gets disappeared.

I got some OSS notes but they are for older support packs.

Please advise.

Hi Arun,

Please go through the following OSS Note:

Note 820967 - Cost distribution button disappears in SRM4.0

This note is applicable for all patches of SRM_SERVER 500.

I already tired to implement this note. It is giving me the message "Cannot be implemented"
