Hi All,

I should set back the dunning level of every dunning item to level 0. Do you have any idea how can I solve this problem? Is there a transaction to execute this?

thank is andvance,

Hello,

Here are some suggestions that hopefully may help you:

-> You can try to use transaction FBMP to reset the dunning levels.

-> You could create a custom report to go into the customer master data and just put a blank in the dunning level field to overwrite it.

-> Note 429810 may have some information that might be useful.

I hope this is of some help.

Regards

Olivia
