Query on ATP / MRP

I need to create a new document type (quotation) that will create MRP requirement. But, the quantities should not be considered for ATP. Can u suggest any way.

So, If i have 100 Pieces in the new document - It shold generaed MRP requirement of 100. However, it should not consume 100 from the current stock.

You can assign the SAP standard schedule line category L1 or L2 which will transfer the requirements but without Availability check, or create your own schedule line category-

In SPRO > SD > Basic Functions > AC and transfer of requirements > transfer of requirements > define procedure for each schedule line category

When I tried using L2 - it is still including the stock that will be considered for ATP check. The document as such is not going through ATP. But, the document quantity is being taken out of ATP. I don't want ATP quantities for other orders to be impacted.
