error at item add to shopping cart screen

Hi,

We are at SRM 550 release sp stack 3 .

Configuring classic scenario for EBP but stuck due to

below errors

Using GUI transaction- BBPSC01

Error message shown

1.No link to the backend system at the moment. Inform system admin.

2.Purchasing organization for follow-on document missing

3.Purchasing group for follow-on document missing

One day before shopping cart was created also in backend PO was created wrt shopping cart in EBP.

Currenlty we are unable to create SC, as while adding item to shopping cart it shows above error messages and thrown out of session.

Expecting some hint to resolve the problem.

Hi Santosh,

I had the exact problem and resolved by defining the SRM system as a "Local" system - this is a flag that you check in SPRO > Define Backend System

Thanks a lot, the issue is resolved by marking the indicator to LOCAL for SRM system.

dear santosh

first check the attributes of PPOMA_BBP for the root level.

Check the URL and sys attributes where we maitain the logical systems names.

Also check the data for Define backend for Product categories in the config systems.
