Hi all

i have a Problem To create a support message in Tcode crmd_order, i am creating messge i get the error when saving the messge. the following error was come.

Runtime Errors OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED

What happened?

Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "CL_TRIGGER_SELECTOR_PPF=======CP" had to be

terminated because it has

come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

Any solution for this problem

hi Karthik,

do you have this error for all document types in CRMD_ORDER ?

do you have the same problem when you create your support message from the help menu ?

i have a problem only to create serviceprocess->supportmessage only how to solveit, but i have create a message through help-> support message then it was created successfully.

in SOLMAN go in the system menu -> status and click in the magnifying glass of the component version

the SP is given in the colon level for tjhe software component ST.

hello Naveen,

this is an old note but indeed it might be it.

The icon for this is on the top righ of the scren and it gives a pop-up

Just uncheck the last processed transaction

process a good transaction and then you can recheck it

I hope this was this simple "detail"

Hi Karthik,

try the default setting of the note of Naveen (I described how to do it in my previous email)

if it doesn't work. I advise you to implement the missing Support packages (we are now in SP18 and you have SP06)

just tell me if it works and there is maybe another note to fix it

Thank you, Half of the problem was solved that mean The above Error was not come while creating a support meaasge in CRMD_ORDER but another error was come to save the Message that was in below

SQL Error 3127 occured when accessing SAP program

and also the above first mentioned error was come while changing the status & saving the support message in CRM_DNO_MONITOR any solution..?

are u getting any associated dumps with it???also check in system logs if u r getting any other errors

also what database r u using?

Hi Karthik,

looks like indeed an oracle issue. I am running DB2 and I can less help you here

You can check your database installation level in the same place where you found your support pack level (System:Status, bottom right)

There are different notes (ex 534729 and the privous one you got) regarding this error.

You have to check your current kernel patch (or dboraslib.<ext> only) to see what is applicable
