Hello Everybody,

Can someone tell me what is meant by this statement?

"The schedule line cateogry for this type should be CS.

make sure that you mark subsequent type as NB - purchase requisition in this schedule line category as this will trigger the purchase requision order immediately after the creation of the sales order and the PO to vendor is created against this purchase requiesion. "

Can you also give me relavent Transaction Codes for the same?

All the help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Sneha.

Hi Sneha

Schedule line category CS will be used in the Third party sales. while defining the Schedule lines you need to maintain subsequent type as NB (in Ordery type), 5 in Item Category and 1 in Acct Assgt Cat.

Path: SPRO -> sales and distribution --> Sales --> Sales Documents --> Schedule lines --> Define Schedule line Categories

T.code: VOV6

Thanks

Neelima

Hi

T code VOV6 you can see the entire controls of schedule line category and

The determination of schedule line category based on the item category and MRP type and the same is done in VOV5

You are talking abt CS which is third party Schedule Line Category

For this order type should be NB

account assignment category as X

item category as 5 third party in VOV6

In third party sales as we dont deliver the goods and it is third party vendor supplies our customer and and after receiving the bill from the vendor we make our bill to our customer

That means when you save a third party sales order a purchase requestition has to go to vendor so that he will supply

When you save the third party sales order a purchase requestition goes automatically or generated automatically by the system

The schedule line settings triggeres the same

These are some main settings or special settings in CS
