Hi,
SRM 5.0. Extended classic scenario
Limit purchase order allowing to change/enter total and expected values, less than confirmed value, even not giving warning/error message while re-ordering the purchase order after less than confirmed value.
Please advice how to correct the issue, so that it should not allow to change below confirmed value.
Regards,
jairaj
Please check if the confirmation is posted succesfully in R3 system. Sometimes SRM show confirmed but the actual posting might have not done in R3. In that case system will allow for PO change as there are no confirmed GR psotings against the PO.

Hi
Did you check, if the PO is getting ordered successfully to backend after changing PO. If it is going into error in process, then probably SRM check is not in sync with ECC. You can put a customized error message through doc_check badi. Also check following notes if they are helping.
Note 1272612 - Currency change for limit PO after GR OR SES posting

Hi Jai
I dont think it will allow you to change the PO reg quantity or value since it is related to cost assignment.

Hi Jairaj,
You can raise an error message using BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI whenever the user tries to change the values below confirmed value.
Hope it helps.
Thanks,
Pradeep
