Text linkage from sales order to Delivery note

Hi,

I want text that is entered in sales order (Header or item texts) to copied to Delivery note (Header text or item text)

Can you please tell me where in SPRO do we need to change the settings.

Hi venkat

Now do VOTXN at CMR level.

Create a text ID

Assign a text procedure and Create a Text procedure Z1 , Now create a Access sequence A1, and assign the tables and the access sequence at Customer master level

Now do VOTXN at delivery level.

Create a text ID

Assign a text procedure and Create a Text procedure Z2 , Now create a Access sequence A2, and assign the CMR and delivery tables and the access sequence at delivery level level

After going to VOTXN,How to create text id .At CMR lenel what do we have to choose.

Can you please specify step by step process.

Hi Vvenkat

My previous thread is about the configuration of the VOTXN .

But at customer level after configuring , go to VD02->sales area data->Extras Menu->Environment->maintain text and save it and then that data will be flowing to delivery also
