Attachments in Bid invitation

Hi

I am facing a problem when I attach documents to a bid invitation, all those attachments will also be send by mail to our supplier.

We want to avoide that because we normally attach a lot of documents to our bid invitation.

Can anyone tell me how to avoid this mail attachments.

Hello,

First of all, check note 668062. please ensure that you have most recent Java-Applet installed ( note 1034072). If the problem appears only when using SSO, check out note 809331.

Hi

This problem are not SSO dependet, what I need is a way to not include attachment in mails send to our suppliers for notification of bid's.
