Hi ,

I am trying to create Customer using XD01 there error is coming like

Sales area AGSO AG AG is not defined for customers

i have checked all the assisgnment every thing is correct but why this error is coming i did`t understand

and i went to T-Code KNVV to check the Sales organisation ,distribution,division ...

there sales organisation is thete but distribution and division is not there ..

can any body help me out plz ...

Dear Ravi,

This is due to not maintained common divisions and distribution channel settings for that AGSO AG AG sales area.

So go to VOR1 and VOR2 transactions do the common division and distribution channel settings.

Please check in COmmon Divison and Common Distribution channel in IMG setting.....Surely prob must be there.

there is no t code like KNVV..........
