Invoice Printing

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am facing following problem:

Everytime in VF02 I have to press Goto -> Header -> Output and then add ouput ZD00 and save. Then select printer select print immediately. This I have to do again and again in a particular customer that I have recently craeted in different distribution chanel in case of others it comes automatically.

Please help.

Hi

Please goto Tcode VV31 and create a condition record for ZD00 based on your requirement, this problem will resolve 100%.

Hi Rajesh,

I think you might not maintained condition record for that perticular output type and billing document type, maintain condition record for that perticular output type using the T-code VV31. Your problem would be solved.

Hi Rajesh gupta

Firstly ,Check the access sequence you maintained for your output type .Secondly check wheather the output determination procedure is assigned to your billing document type or not Check wheather you have maintained condition record in VV31 or not as you are generating output manually
