What difference SP make to the PI System

Can somebody please tell me how to download the SP 18 for PI 7.0 as i have been to the market place and provide the SMP logon but still i am unable to download and getting Not visible for the logged on user.

Can somebody upload the link for download the SP18 and also i am looking for PI_BASIS_7_00 Content to import in IR as i am unable to get any adapter in ID.

1. SP 18: get it through Solution Manager
