Balance of NWA activity××× is not zero

Dear all,

please help me on this problem.

i want to close the project.

but the error message is Balance of NWA activity is not zero.

i have used CJ88 to settle the project.

could someone give me some hints?

If it is external activity, mark the delivery completed in PO of the activity. and if it is internal activity do final confirmation.

Settle the Cost to WBS element by entering the network number and activity number in CJ88 with reference to the period and fiscal year.

after that check is there any stock available in the project if so please move that cost to plant stock

then try to close the project.

hi ,

i think you need transfer your actual costs on acitivity to WBS and then settle your project .. then u can close your project .check tcodes KB21N ,KB65 etc

you need to settle the network activity in question

check your settlement rule for the network activity - should be FUL as you might settle for period but there could be some unsettled osts from the last period
