Output Determination Automatically set at Outbound delivery creation

Hello,

When an outbound delivery is created, it should automatically set up the output determination without user going and setting it each time. How do I configure this set up.

Kindly advice.

T. code: VV21 - to maintain output record for deliveries : Once the output record is maintained it will automatically derive in delivery. But the output record should be set properly - Ex- if you have access with sales org or customer, then you need to set up output everytime for different customer or sales org.

Go to Tcode V/71

make sure that an output procedure and output type is assign to your delivery type.

Hi Anumodh,

Now you are setting up the output manually everytime.

It means the Ouput determination is in place.

Just maintain the output Master data in VV21.

Then baing on this, system will pick the correct output automatically.

Hi Anumodh

Using t.code NACE , select the application V2 and then select the output type and then click on output procedure tab and check wheather the output procedure has been assigned to the delivery type or not . Click on the conditon record tab and Maintain condition record for that output type and then automatically for that output type it will come when you generate the delivery document

Please check the following setting:

1) Output detrmination is set or not?

2) check Tcode NACE for delivery.

3) Create condition record tcode VK21.

4) Delivery document fulfill all requirement of your VOFM routine for this particular output type.

Check and revert.

IN NACT, for your output condition type maintain the condition record and maintain the same in access sequence. Usually it will pick up automatically whenever you try to take output from delivery
