Error for COM routine using application program (return code 40,134)

Hello,

When ever I try to load a data in to planning book I am getting a following error message

"Error for COM routine using application program (return code 40,134)". I tried with Consistency check, PA initialization, DB consistency check ect. Even we tried once restarting the live cache, but still the error is coming up.

When I checked with couple of previous threads for the similar error, suggestion were to contact basis team. We checked with our basis team and the COM build and DB are working fine. This issue is exists only for DP planning areas not for SNP planning area.

If any one come across simialr error message please help us resolve it.

Hi Jegan,

Re initialize the Planning Area.

Right click on the planning area, delete the time series, and re create the time series this should fix the problem.

Thank you Kiran, It is working fine now but it was becasue of some inconsistency of old sessions where existing in system. They were deleted by basis team and later I have deleted the time series from myside and reintialized again.
