Dear Experts,
We are using classic scenario , the user can add approver for the SC.
When opening the users list to chose the approver it opens the all users list.
Please advise hoe we can configure the system to open only a customer list of approvers , and not all the list.

Hi,
You can set possible approvers in Standard Task level.
Additional Data -> Agent Assignment -> Maintain. Agent Assignment Create.
For Example, you can add Manager role.
BADI BBP_CHNG_AGNT_GET is also available.

Standard Task level.
Is it in PPOMA_BBP ? Or in IMG ?
Transaction PFTC.
Find your Standard Task like 10008126.
