Appropriation Request approval mail not getting trigred

Hi,

I have creared an Appropriation Request. Initially the system status was Created. I choose the "For approval" and the system status was changed to "For approval". Now I want to approve this "Appropriation Request" but the button for approval is appearing diactivated and hence I am not able to change the system status as approved. Also I am not receiving any mail in my Inbox ® Workflow ® Grouped according to task ® Approve Appropriation Request.

Please suggest where I am wrong. So, that I can approve the Appropriation Request.

Please check which User ID you have given in the

Applicant :

Approver 1

Approver 2:

The workflow mail will be sent to the user id which you have used. you have to login with that user id. and check your sap inbox.
