AVC is active in PS, but in F-47 and F-48 budget is not committed

Hi Gurus

My AVC is active in PS, but in F-47 and F-48 transactions, budget is not committed, means controlling document is created with Advances cost element assigned in SPRO . it is working fine in other transactions but i didn't find any solution for F-47 and F-48 . Please help

Hi,

Please check CJ30 and then CJ32 for budget allocation and budget release respectively.

please check your tolerance limit settings. whether it checks for all the activities.

it should be "++".

Hi

Please check one more setting in SPRO, i.e. "Specify Exempt Cost Elements", some time, some cost elements are setted not to be the part of availability check.

Advances hit CO objects with value type 12 (down payments) and think it would not be subjected to availability control/budget.

please check whether statstical cost elements are created to monitor budget.

cost element category 90.

Cost element with Category 90 cant be assigned as Define default cost elements for down payments. kindly suggest

Check tolarance limit set up. check it is set for transaction group financial accounting document.
