Dear All,
we have requirement in adobe forms where the employee can change his address using HCM forms and processes
Requirement
1) Incase the employee changes the address with in same state it should directly update the data base and no approval is required
2) If he enters a different state then approval by HR admin is required.
Is the first step possible directly.. because the initial step is triggered by the employee and completed by employee in one shot.. that means he should have edit and approval access in one step and that on the first launch... where I cannot assign any task for that matter...
How can we overcome this problem.. any suggestion is highly appreciated...
