Hi kiran,

Before printing the variables

Assign whatever u want to display to some variables

SAY var and den in text elements in general attributes write &var& , in output options write the column

and row number where u want to display ,if u have created a template for the same .

Then in condition check var not equal to initial .If the variable contains value then only it will get displayed .

Thanks,

Neelima.

Hi,

U can add a LOGO to the smartform .

1. Create a GRAPHIC window by right clicking on any window.

2. Give the name of the graphic which u want.

3. Specify wheather its color or black and white before that.

Thanks,

Nithya.

hi,

Go to transaction SE78 (Administration of Form Graphics).

Double-click on u201CGRAPHICSu201D node and click on u201CImport (F5)u201D to import the image

Select the file name by using the F4 functionality available. Name your graphic and enter a short description. If you have color image, select the radio button u201CColor Bitmap imageu201D. Click on tick mark to proceed.

The graphic is imported and is stored in u201CBusiness Document Serveru201D.

You can test this by selecting print preview:

Now go to transaction SMARTFORM.

Create a new form and give a short description for the same.

To display an image, right click on Main Window Create Graphic

This way you can create graphic images in smart forms

Thanks

Sharath
