Prevent changes in conditions

I want to maintain the following case. In sales order I don't want any user to make changes in the conditions other than 1 super user.

Then you have to talk to your basis team and ask them not to give authorisations for all other users except super user for the change in condition types. In standard SAP it can be handled but the problem would be that then no body would be able to change the same.
