Mail at the time of Appropriation request type approval/rejection/postpone

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement as follows,

When ever the appropriation request gets rejected I also want include my comments along with the same mail.

Is ther any option to include my comments at the time of Appropriation request rejection/postpone?

I checked with the std. workflow, there some text maintained, the same is reflecting to the applicant and person responsible.

I want to ass my comments in that.

Please give me some suggestions on the above.

hi

while rejecting /approving the request. there is a option "Raw Text" click on that and add the comments and save. this will be shown in the appropriation request attachment.
