Live cache COM routine ended with own error code 19.020

Hi,

In simulation version we aggreagte the planning data based on product -

location hierarchy and copy the values to Time series Key figure at header level. After

that we delete the categories EE and AG at locatio product level and rerun the planning run with

different settings.

Again we try to aggregate the results for

comparison and while aggregation we get the message "Live cache COM

routine ended with own error code 19.020".

ANy input in this regard is most welcome.

Hi Kesavan,

The error seems that there is data inconsistencies between the versions. You can recopy the data from active version to simulation version and then recheck it up.

Please confirm.

Hi Senthil,

I have copied the versions multiple times, that does not help. I have run consistency checks also multiple times. That does not help either. What I observe is at the header level the forecast gets aggregated also and in the display details for those I see live cache order nos like apo-01 apo-02 etc. I am not sure whether that is normal. What I understand is system can aggregate only KF whose KF function is between 9000 to 9020. I dont understand why forecast which has KF function 4XXX gets aggregated . WHen I aggregate second time I get error code 19020. The return code signifies (om_atp_initial_cat_not_valid)
