ERM5.3 - Trouble Running Initial Activity Value Sync Job

Hello,

We've done a fresh install of ERM5.3. We've gone through the Post-Install Guide step-by-step. I have successfully run the two initial sync jobs "Org Value Sync" and "Transaction'/Object/Field Sync."

However, the job "Activity Sync," which this guide says should only take 5 minutes, runs forever. Looking at the system log, it keeps repeating the same kind of error over and over
