How to stop collecting CIF queues in SAP ECC.

Former Member

We had implemented SAP Plug-In CIF for live data transfer between R/3 and APO ., now that we stopped using APO, we want stop collecting data in CIF relevant queues in R/3 system.

Deleting or changing RFC destinations didn't help as queues are still being collected with 'fail' status.

So is there anyway to stop collecting these queues.

Regards,

Laks

Hi Laks,

Step 1 & 2 will solve your problem but

Step1.Deactivate all Integeration model

Step2.Change Material master MRP Type from X0 and Relevant to APO inidcator (APOKZ).

Apart from the above you can also lookinto below steps

CIF Settings in R/3 :-

Check ALE settings or activate ALE settings

Define the logical system BD54

Assign logical system to a client SCC4

Set the RFC destination SM59

Assign target system and queue type CFC1

Maintain the SAP APO release NDV2

Activate BTEs for SAP APO integration BF11

User parameters for CIF CFC2

Step1.Close the Integeration model of Transactional Data then PP Master data then remaining all Master Data.

Step2.Turn off the MRP Type (Z0) and Relevant to APO inidcator (APOKZ).

Hi,

Did you also deactivate your integration models ( transaction cfm2) for all master and transaction data?

Yes. As Visu said. Simply de-activate the integration models and the objects would stop flowing.

I just deactivated all active models, and deleted existing related SMQ2 queues. I will monitor for next 24 hrs and let you guys know the result.

Thank you for your answers.
