During the configuration of the task "Initial setup of functional unit SLD" in Configuration Wizard, appeared the error:

"Error while silently connecting: org.w3c.www.protocol.http.HttpException: Connect timed out"

Can you help?

As far as i know this should not cause any problems you can go ahead with the other steps.
