E-recruting landscape question

We wish to implement E-recruiting with ERP. We prefer to keep the E-recruiting and ERP systems on the same server. Can I safely do so without compromising security?

There is a good blog on SDN that suggests that we can keep an ISA on the DMZ and the E-recruit application / ERP inside the firewall.

Hi, Since ERec system is a small SAP system, around size of 10Gigs to 20GB.

It is better to keep it on the wintel server

It is not advised to keep it on the same server

It is more secure to use XI instead of RFC ...
