deployment of GRC firefighter

Hi Experts - We are deploying GRC firefighter and i wanted to know - Is there a recommendation for deletion of IDu2019s in production?

Hello Sam,

SAP don't give any recommendations for deleting FF ID's in production.

Just delete the user in SU01 per process followed by your organization and that ID will become invalid.

Then you can just run 'Invalid Firefighter Ids/Owner/Controller' report from FF toolbox and it will show you which are user which are no longer existing in SAP system.

Then it is upto you, which table you want to delete first and which in last.

Sequence will have no expert.

Hi Sam,

Before deleting firefighter ID from the system you need to:

1. Delete mapping between firefighter ID and owner if exist. For this you need to go to the SPM dashboard (/N/VIRSA/VFAT)

2. Delete mapping between firefighter ID and firefighters.

3. Delete mapping between firefighter ID and controllers.

4. Security setting for firefighter ID.
