In Customer master General data transportation zone field has not inputs...eventhough I tried with f4 key am not able to find any inputs....why its so?.......

Hi

For that you need to maintain Transportation Zones in Customoization

You can follow the below Path

SPRO - Sales n Distribution - Basic Functions - Route - Define Transportation Zones

You need to maintain Tansportation zones in SPRO to get the values when you press F4.

Path :- SPRO --> Logistic Execution --> Shipping --> Basic Shipping Functions --> Routes -->

Route Determination --> Define Transportatin Zones.

here give the Details of Country, Transportation Zone and Description and SAVE
