hi
we are using the SRM 4.0.i am unable to repair the user XYZ after changing the levels in Org plan.
BBP_CHECK_USERS. repair level 02.
Error : you are not authorised to perform this action.
So what is the problem
is there any settings wants to be change in production server.please let me know .kindly help

This seems to me like an authorization issue.
Can you check with your basis team for the same.
