Error: com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPAObjectKeyException:

Good day,

I did a FILE-RFC-FILE scenario and my file sender adapter returns the error "Error: com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPAObjectKeyException: Value of key must not be null: ObjectId".

I got hold of blog with the similar error(), with a suggestion to deactivate the comm. channels, do a full cache refresh and restart the comm. channels. I did all that but still getting the same error.

Your assistance will be higly appreciated.

Hi,

ask your basis guys to do a complete CPACache refresh by using PIDIRUSER........see the error displayed in it and ask your basis guys to resolve it.............

try restarting your XI server completely and see if there is any error in your XI J2EE startup log........ask your basis guys to see it.

The XI server was restarted and there were no startup log error. I still get the same problen

Not very sure but this could be due to wrong configuration of CC or adapter may got locked.

Check for the same in Visual Admin under

Cluster Tab -

> Locking Adapter

If it has got locked then you can reset it here.
