the stock is available only for one piece,which is confirmed for x customer and not delivered.now y customer who is very importent needed immediately delivery. how to cancel the confimation of stock of x customer for y customer.
Go to VA02, input the sale order created for customer y and execute. There do availability check and create delivery for this customer. This will work only if the field "Include Sales reqmts" in OVZ9 is not ticked.
