Password check and changing over JCo RFC Connection

Hello, i have build an JAVA JSP web application which connect over JCo RFC from the SAP J2EE to a SAP backend (SEM 4.0 and BI 7.0).

My problem: In my JAVA app i want detect if the password expired (or if the user locked). In this case i want popup an changing password dialog. Can someone tell me if there a possibility to do this with the JCO API.
