Service Desk Config - Sending Message -Error with RFC Connection "None"

Hello,

we want to use the Service Desk without satellite systems. Therefore the customers should use the access to our service desk via BSP /bc/bsp/sap/dswpnotifcreate/msg_new.do.

I have done the basic configuration for solution manager and service desk.

I have created serveral entries for the system in the ibase and the smsy.

Than i have created some businesspartners.

If i want to send a message i receive an error:

Error: The system could not create the message because of an RFC connection "NONE " error Message was not created

We want to use the service Desk standard szenario. The SPS is 17.

Hello,

1. check SM59 RFC NONE as mentioned

2. check at sm30 table BCOS_CUST

you should have the following entry at there>>

OSS_MSG W NONE CUST620 1.0

Hi,

Check if you have RFC Connection "NONE" it will be your internal connection in SOLMAN.

Feel free to revert back.
