Hi Friends,

I want to know that in which scenarios(Contracts,Sales Orders) we use which Billing Plans(Milestone/Periodic billing).

Quantity Contracts---

Value Contracts---

Rental Contracts--

Service Contracts--

Master Contracts--

Sales Orders---

Hi Azeez,

There is no standard or fixed Billing Plan Type to be used for these documents. We are required to use Periodic or Milestone Billing Plan purely based on our client requirements.

Periodic billing - the entire value to be billed is billed in full on each billing plan date.

Milestone billing - the total value to be billed is distributed between the individual billing plan dates (the value billed on each date can be fixed amount or a percentage).

However, for Rental Contracts, the mostly used Biling Plan type will be "Periodic Billing Plan".

As wee are required to use Periodic or Milestone Billing Plan purely based on our client requirements,but even though some generally(standard) used billing plans will be there na.

Normally(As per the reply) we use Periodic billingplan for rental contracts...

In similar way for...

Quantity,Value,Service,Master,Sales orders...

Please guide me..

Mainly in Quantity and Value Contracts which billingplan type we use????
