Notification completion

Hi experts,

We have developed seperate permit system in PM module.

We have to integrate with standard SAP.

i.e.,, When i close the permit ,corresponding notification to be closed.( we are always create permit with respect to notification only.)

How to do this, otherwise what function module to be called up..

Hi,

Permits can be assgined only to technical objects( Functional location & equipment) & Maintenance orders.

Permits cannot be assigned to Notification.

hi ,

I think permits can only be assigned to technical object or Maintenance order [classification].In tcode ipmd you can define when a permits to be issued ... before release or before TECO kindly check that and before doing TECO you can issue permit as per the setting and while doing TECO you have option ... complete notification ...
