Client is upgrading from 4.6C to ECC 6.0. They are creating PR through Network and therefore the GR happens with Network as Account assignment. But the budget control is done with respect to WBS element. They have activated Budget Availability Control in ECC 6.0 using a package. Now they want to control the PO with respect to WBS element. How can they do that?
basically, GR has the account assignment of network, but budget is done on WBS elements. How can I change account assignment in this GR to the concerned WBS element.
It requires MM config. SPRO> Material Mangment> Purchasing >account assigment> Maintain account assigment catgory. Then for account assigment catagory for project, check the Acc. assign changable.
Check tolerance limit setting. tolerance limit for buisness transaction group PO is required. If it is maintained for all transaction group, it is ok. Run CJBN for project to reconstruct availability control.
